The Art and Science of Body Language and When To Move In For the Kill

stopLearning to read body language, while something of an art, is based on science.  Women and men also, give subtle (and not so subtle) hints as to their mood and desire to be approached.  If a woman is showing signs saying “hands off”, in most cases you will simply be wasting your time trying to score.  Better to back off and wait for a better day, or move on down the line.

I was out with friends the other night and we were (what else) discussing how to approach women and score.  Sometimes it’s best to give advice by showing what “not to do”.  In this case it was easy as we watched a guy (full of confidence) approach a breathtaking brunette and almost instantly be rejected.  Where did he go wrong?  Simple in this case, he didn’t read the cues that were staring him in the face, body language.

Why?

Ask this question, why are the girls out for the evening.  Are they looking for a good time, drowning their sorrows, or maybe discussing some important or monumental event in their lives?  While it may not be possible to discern the exact reason, you can look for the signals and learn to interpret them.

If the group appears open, are speaking friendly, sharing a laugh or two and have an open space at the table, that’s a sign that guests are welcome.  It’s not ironclad, but we can add it to our signals.

If the group in zones in on their conversation, appear closed like guys in a huddle, that’s a good indication they are not welcoming anyone to the party.  Keep that in mind and move on to the next group.

In the old westerns, hombres would sit with their back against the wall, this making perfect sense, no one could sneak up on them, and they had a good view of who might come sauntering in, friend or foe.  It’s not so much different with women, if they’re out for a night on the town, they’ll want to see who comes in the door and whether they’ve got the goods, so to speak.  If you notice a girl, or group watching the front door, not only are they looking, they might be looking for you.

The Bathroom Break

We’ve all wondered about why women always go to the bathroom together, and the reality usually has nothing to do with our fantasies.  While there certainly may be biological reasons for a bathroom break (they are human, at least we hope), if the breaks are coming too often, the game might be ‘afoot and they are simply doing a mini version of a model on the runway.  In this case it might be for your benefit, so take notice and Carpe diem or “seize the day”.

A Passing Glance

We’ve all done this one, “See that girl over there, don’t look”.  But of course we do look and often as not we’re caught doing so.  Same goes for the other team.  If you are looking at a woman and catch her eye smile (not a Cheshire cat smile), and see if the smile is returned.  Same goes if you catch her eye and she looks away shyly.  There may be a serious dose of passion behind that shy smile.

Long luxurious hair

I love the way a woman’s hair feels in my hands, it radiates sex appeal, I know it, and they know it and use it to their advantage.  I guess most of us have seen the “slow motion” hair commercial, sun light gleaming, hair moving sensually.  This commercial kind of sums it up and one thing is certain, women know their hair can be a strong part of their sexuality.  If you notice them twirling strands, tossing their hair back or more, it’s a sure bet that performance is for someone, maybe you.

Body language is most assuredly an art that will be perfected with time and practice, know that and use it to your advantage.
